I think they are quite different. The Electric Prunes are in that area between psychedelic and garage sound that is more similar to tThe Seeds or The Count Five . The Driving Stupid are more difficult to classify.

MOST don't wear shoes most of the time. Aside from Combat & Work Boots, High Heels are probably the most frequently worn shoes/boots because when they are worn, shoes tend to be worn for purely fashion reasons.
So you can -ho however you please.
However, if you want to make that satisfying klak-klak-klak when you walk, you'll need to install a chip in the heels. The ground/floor in the Colony Proper (and the Corridor) is too impact absorbent to provide that hard noise. (Yes, such chips are a readily available product)
